What we collect

From enquiries: your name, the phone number or email you contact us on, and whatever you choose to tell us about your channel. If you message the WhatsApp number on this site, that conversation sits in WhatsApp under their terms.

From clients: channel access where you grant it, brand assets, raw footage and anything else needed to deliver the work.

From this website: basic, aggregated analytics about page visits. We do not run advertising pixels or build profiles of visitors.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to quote accurately, to do the work you hired us for, and to raise invoices. That's the whole list. We do not use it for unrelated marketing and we do not sell or rent it.

Who else can see it

We use a small number of third-party providers to run the studio - hosting, messaging, storage and the AI tools named above. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job, and none of them get your data to use for their own purposes.

We do not share client footage or unreleased content with anyone outside the studio and these providers.

Your content and AI tools

Parts of production run through AI tools, so some client material is processed by third-party AI providers. We use business or paid tiers where the provider commits not to train their public models on submitted content, and we do not upload unreleased footage to consumer free tiers.

If you would rather your material never touched a third-party AI tool, tell us before we start and we will confirm in writing whether we can deliver your scope that way.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't turn into work: deleted within 12 months.

Client project files and footage: kept for 12 months after the engagement ends so we can re-cut or re-supply, then deleted. Ask us sooner and we will delete sooner.

Invoices and tax records: kept as long as Indian tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us and we will action it within 30 days. Deleting active project data may mean we cannot continue delivery, and we will say so before acting.
